Digital Delivery (BIM) Manager – Fully Remote (UK) + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: 100% Remote (UK-based)

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Delivery (BIM) Manager to join a growing digital consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital project delivery, and data management within the built environment.

You’ll play a key role across multiple projects, supporting the full project delivery lifecycle, from defining information requirements and implementing digital tools, to ensuring technical accuracy and data consistency at every stage.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality digital solutions from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate digital delivery across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to BIM Strategies, Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Act as BIM Information Manager, BIM Manager, or BIM Coordinator on projects, as required.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in line with company standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Provide implementation, training, and support services for digital tools and platforms.
  • Work with clients to define BIM requirements and management strategies across design, construction, and operational phases.
  • Collaborate with leadership and software development teams to refine digital delivery processes and inform product roadmaps.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the BIM function grows.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and team leadership abilities.
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent IT skills with strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction and building services.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry standards.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with PAS 1192, BS 1192, ISO 19650, and CIC BIM protocols.
  • Understanding of IFC and other data exchange formats.
  • Experience working with Common Data Environments (CDEs).
  • Competence with additional model authoring or coordination software.
