We are working with a leading design-led studio seeking a Contract Architect to support the delivery of high-end luxury hospitality projects. The studio is seeking Architects who are available for an immediate start with experience working on similar projects.

The team is known for delivering refined, carefully considered projects where design intent is carried through into technical development. You will join on a contract basis to support projects at RIBA Stages 1-3, focusing on detailed design development in Revit.

  • Develop project packages through RIBA Stages 1-3, ensuring designs are resolved and coordinated.
  • Produce and manage Revit models, drawings and associated technical information.
  • Contribute to design development while maintaining project quality and consistency.

You are proficient in Revit and confident producing coordinated models and drawings. You bring experience in luxury hospitality architecture projects. You are either a qualified Architect, or equivalent with relevant experience. You are comfortable working in a contract role and contributing quickly within a team.
