Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural and technical aspects of multiple projects across RIBA stages
- Oversee concept design, spatial coordination, and tender documentation
- Manage BIM models and ensure buildable, practical solutions
- Produce and deliver architectural and joinery packages to exemplary standards
- Support contract administration, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews during construction
- Champion quality, innovation, and bespoke detailing aligned with studio standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster team development
Skills & Experience:
- RIBA Part III qualified with 7+ years in luxury residential design
- Proven experience delivering projects in prime London locations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop desirable
- Excellent eye for materials and detailing, with a solutions-driven approach
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and CDM
- The right to live and work in the UK
