We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a highly regarded international design studio, delivering exceptional mixed-use hospitality and residential projects across the Middle East. This is a key role within a collaborative team, offering the opportunity to lead concept-driven design and see projects through to completion on a global stage. You will play an integral part in shaping high-end, design-led environments that respond to cultural and contextual influences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion across hospitality and residential sectors
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, FF&E schemes, and detailed design packages
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage client relationships and present design proposals with confidence
- Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and design direction
- Ensure all work meets project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Contribute to design strategy and studio-wide creative development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within hospitality and/or residential projects
- At least 8 years experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, concept-led design work
- Experience working on Middle East projects or within international markets
- Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
- Strong FF&E knowledge and technical detailing skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor or transfer visas
