Responsibilities:
- Drive concept design for complex, large-scale projects across multiple regions

Skills & Experience:
- At least 8-10 years post Part III experience
- Proven track record in concept design for international projects
- Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Business development experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
