We are currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join a dynamic team delivering a high rise, high-risk residential scheme in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven architect to take ownership of key project stages within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You’ll play a central role in delivering complex housing projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and development of project packages across RIBA stages
  • Produce and manage detailed design information using Revit
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, particularly within high-risk residential frameworks
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Support project delivery programmes, budgets, and client expectations
  • Contribute to technical reviews and problem-solving across schemes

Requirements:

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Proven experience working on UK residential or housing projects
  • Solid understanding of technical delivery and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a broader team
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
