A leading London architecture practice is seeking talented Project Architects to join their growing team, focusing on high-quality commercial workplace and office-led projects. These roles are ideal for independent job runners who enjoy taking ownership across RIBA Stages 0–4, leading design work, and delivering projects with confidence, while still being supported by senior staff.

You’ll be responsible for guiding projects from briefing and feasibility through concept, planning and early technical design, working closely with clients and consultants to develop thoughtful, design-driven commercial environments. The studio works collaboratively, with senior leadership closely involved in all projects, so you will have the opportunity to present ideas and contribute meaningfully to the creative direction of the practice.

What the role involves:

  • Leading commercial/workplace office projects through RIBA Stages 0–4.
  • Running projects independently while contributing to collaborative studio culture.
  • Supporting junior team members and guiding their development.
  • Preparing feasibility studies, concepts, planning packages and coordinated Stage 3/4 information.
  • Presenting design work confidently to peers, clients and the wider studio.
  • Coordinating with consultants to ensure cohesive, well-executed project outcomes.
  • Working in both 2D and 3D within Vectorworks.

These are full-time positions with imminent start dates, suited to motivated architects looking to develop their career, take on meaningful responsibility, and work within a supportive, design-focused environment. The company offers every other Friday off, with an optional 9 day fortnight.
