An award-winning architecture studio is seeking to expand its team with an Associate, Senior Architect or experienced Technician who is passionate about high-quality design, collaboration, and professional development. This multi-award-winning executive architecture practice is known for its vibrant, supportive studio culture and a portfolio of exciting, technically challenging projects. The studio places strong emphasis on wellbeing, learning, and long-term career growth.
The role suits a hands-on Senior Architect or experienced Technician with strong project-running expertise across RIBA stages 3+, capable of confidently leading and coordinating teams with integrity and impact.
Key responsibilities:- Lead projects from start-up through to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence across all design and delivery stages.
- Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of learning.
- Support business development and contribute to growth and marketing initiatives.
- Hybrid working (minimum three days per week in a London studio).
