Join a respected AJ 100 practice for a short-term contract where your technical expertise will make an immediate impact as part of their in-house development consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile residential and mixed-use projects while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team. This contract is for an immediate start, to last between 4-6 weeks on an hourly rate.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for live projects
- Support the development consultancy team with technical coordination
- Passion for retrofit and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning standards
- Liaise with consultants and internal teams to deliver accurate documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- At least 2-3 years post Part II live project experience
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
- Previous experience in residential or mixed-use projects preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
