The Role
This is an Architect role within a team focused on delivering commercial retrofit projects from planning through to construction. You will play an active part in developing design information, coordinating with consultants and maintaining the quality of design intent through technical stages.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of commercial retrofit projects across RIBA Stages 4 onward
- Produce and develop detailed design packages using Revit
- Coordinate information with consultants and wider project teams
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design and technical discussions
- Support project leads in maintaining programme and design quality
Requirements
- You are an ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
- You have experience working on commercial or mixed-use projects, ideally with some retrofit exposure
- You have strong proficiency in Revit and experience working in BIM environments
- You are confident in technical detailing and coordination
- You communicate clearly with team members and consultants
