The project they are hiring for is a high end office fit out in the City of London, currently in Stage 4, where you will be delivering packages and coordinating design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of commercial fit-out projects from Stage 4 to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and client standards
- Liaise with contractors and consultants on site delivering packages
Skills & Experience:
- ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
- Proven track record in commercial fit-out projects
- Strong Revit proficiency and experience working in a BIM environment
- Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
