This is a technical role suited to an experienced architect with a strong background in commercial fit-outs of UK projects. The project they are hiring for is a high end office fit out in the City of London, currently in Stage 4, where you will be delivering packages and coordinating design.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery of commercial fit-out projects from Stage 4 to completion
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams
  • Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and client standards
  • Liaise with contractors and consultants on site delivering packages

Skills & Experience:

  • ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
  • Proven track record in commercial fit-out projects
  • Strong Revit proficiency and experience working in a BIM environment
  • Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
