A purpose‑led architectural studio in Central London is seeking a proactive and creative Business Development and Communications Coordinator to support its strategic growth and brand visibility. This hybrid role bridges marketing and business development, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, external consultants, and project teams across the practice.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of bids, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and case studies
- Research new project opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
- Manage CRM systems and track business development pipelines
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and digital content across web, newsletters, and social media
- Liaise with external PR consultants and press contacts
- Organise events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Manage the studio’s image library and award submissions
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong graphic design ability, particularly using InDesign and Photoshop
- Proven experience in bid writing, digital marketing, and campaign coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Rapport3
- Knowledge of the architecture, design, or construction sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
