Business Development and Bid Manager at Design-Led Architecture Practice

Based in Central London with a hybrid pattern (3 office / 2 remote), the studio seeks a bid professional who can turn insights into outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead EOIs, PQQs, ITTs and fee proposals from kick-off to submission, ensuring brand consistency
  • Track portals, shortlist opportunities and brief directors on strategic fit
  • Maintain CRM, client target lists and monthly pipeline dashboards
  • Chair business-development meetings, logging feedback and refining win ratios
  • Coordinate sector research, events and external collaborations with industry bodies

Skills

  • Proven bid management within architecture, engineering or similar creative fields
  • Command of Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint and CRM platforms
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong writing skills, eye for graphic detail and understanding of ISO-aligned quality systems
