An established and forward-thinking UK architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect to take a leading role on high-profile commercial projects across the UK. Known for its strong design ethos and technically robust delivery, the studio offers the opportunity to work on ambitious schemes while playing a key part in shaping project outcomes and mentoring junior team members.
The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will take ownership of commercial projects from early concept through to delivery, ensuring design quality and technical excellence throughout. You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, contributing confidently to both design and delivery discussions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading commercial projects across all RIBA stages
- Managing and coordinating consultants and design teams
- Producing and overseeing detailed design and construction information using Revit
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Playing an active role in client liaison and project meetings
Requirements
