We are seeking a technically proficient BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale Data Centre and Aviation projects. Working alongside a creative, collaborative, and motivated team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for digital construction, a proactive approach to project delivery, and a desire to continuously evolve and innovate within the built environment.
This is a pivotal role, contributing to the delivery of complex technical projects across all design stages β from concept through to construction and handover. Youβll play a key part in shaping and refining BIM workflows, mentoring team members, and championing the use of digital tools to ensure design excellence, coordination, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead BIM project coordination activities from kick-off, including model setup, execution planning, and team guidance.
- Monitor and advise on model health and clash detection throughout the design and delivery process.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure successful delivery in a shared model environment.
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM content, families, templates, and sector-specific workflows tailored to Data Centre and Aviation projects.
- Provide on-the-job Revit support, technical training, and mentoring to internal staff across multiple offices.
- Support the integration of Revit with associated tools, including visualisation, computational design, reality capture, and construction technology platforms.
- Contribute to R&D within practice technology β identifying, testing, and implementing innovative workflows.
- Support sustainable design initiatives through energy modelling or computational design processes, where applicable.
- Document and share best practices across projects and teams to support continuous improvement in BIM delivery.
- Strong communication skills β able to explain complex digital processes clearly and confidently.
- Must have extensive experience using Autodesk Revit and related Autodesk tools on large, technically complex projects (essential).
- Familiarity with BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred).
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards (desirable).
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is an advantage.
- Exposure to tools such as Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, Enscape, Twinmotion, and other visualisation or computational tools is a plus.
- Prior experience delivering projects in either the Data Centre or Aviation sector is highly desirable.
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
