Job Description
BIM Coordinator – London
A leading global design practice is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its London team, supporting architectural groups working on high-profile sports and entertainment projects across the UK and internationally.
About the Role
The BIM Coordinator will play a central role in supporting project teams and design technology management to coordinate large BIM datasets and complex design scenarios. Working from the London studio, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager and wider design teams to ensure effective cross‑discipline coordination and smooth digital delivery across all project stages.
A key focus of the position includes upskilling and mentoring team members in design technology workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality use of digital tools throughout the practice.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650
- Advanced Revit skills and in-depth knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
- Experience running clash detection and producing clash reports
- Proactive, self‑motivated approach with the confidence to champion BIM coordination across teams
- Collaborative working style with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large‑scale projects
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Dynamo, including managing, reading, and writing scripts
- Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V‑Ray, Bluebeam and BIM360
