A large architecture studio based in Central London is seeking a Bid and Marketing Coordinator to support the preparation of bids and the delivery of day‑to‑day marketing activity. This role suits someone organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working closely with architects and senior staff to help secure new work and present the practice clearly and consistently. Candidates must have some prior experience working on architectural bids to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bid submissions from initial enquiry through to final submission
- Manage bid programmes, deadlines and internal inputs
- Prepare and format written content including project sheets and credentials
- Maintain bid libraries, CRM data, marketing databases and standard templates
- Support pre‑qualification questionnaires and tender research
- Contribute to marketing materials including presentations, website updates and awards submissions
- Work closely with design teams to ensure proposals are accurate, clear and well presented
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar bid, marketing or proposals coordination role
- Experience working within architecture, design, construction or the built environment
- Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Confidence using InDesign and other Adobe CS softwares
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Knowledge and interest in architecture
- The right to live and work in the UK
