Job Description
A boutique architecture studio in Central London is seeking a talented Associate to join their close-knit team. Specialising in high-end residential projects and the occasional infill site project, the practice is known for its refined design ethos, attention to detail, and collaborative culture.
With one of the current Directors planning retirement later in the year, this role offers a clear pathway to leadership and eventual directorship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple residential projects from concept through to completion
- Win new work and engage in business development
- Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
- Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff
- Contribute to strategic decisions and studio growth
- Manage project fees, budgets and resources
- Engage with local London planning authorities
Skills & Experience:
- ARB registration essential
- Minimum 8 years post qualification (Part III) experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup, Revit desirable
- Demonstrate experience in supporting practice management
- Excellent design sensibility and technical knowledge
- Confident communicator with leadership potential
- The right to live and work in the UK
