Job Description
A design led UK architecture practice that are specialists in cultural and museum projects is hiring for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join their team based in Clerkenwell. This role blends architecture, bid coordination, and PR within a vibrant, specialist studio, so would be ideal for someone with a background in design looking to make an impact as part of a small, effective team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visualisations and SketchUp models for bids and marketing.
- Coordinate tenders to win new projects.
- Handle PR and social media to strengthen our presence.
Requirements:
- A background in architecture or design
- 3+ years of experience in either an Architecture, Marketing, Business Development or Bid Coordination role
- Proficiency in visualisation tools (e.g., SketchUp) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills – including copy writing, report writing and content marketing
- The right to live and work in the UK
