A growing architecture practice in London is seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their team on two large scale high rise housing projects in London.
You will take an active role in the technical delivery of the project, working closely with the Technical Director consultants, and client to ensure the project meets the highest design and technical standards.
The practice works in ArchiCAD although training is provided for candidates with proficiency in Revit and looking to upskill.
Requirements
- Architectural Technologist or Technician with a minimum of 3 years UK work experience
- Proven experience working on medium to large-scale residential or housing projects
- Strong design and technical skills, with the ability to work across RIBA Stages 4–6
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD; Revit candidates will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not offered)
