A large award winning architecture practice is looking for a driven and technically minded Architectural Technologist to join its established team to work on residential projects. If you have around two years of experience working on residentially led schemes in the UK and hold CIAT accreditation, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive and design focused environment where technical quality and collaboration are valued.
In this role, you will work across large scale residential projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, contributing to the delivery of high quality, sustainable homes. You will be joining a friendly, social and ambitious practice known for its thoughtful approach to placemaking, its investment in staff development and its strong technical leadership structure.
Responsibilities- Produce detailed technical information for residential projects from Stage 3 to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams and project leads
- Prepare and manage specifications using NBS Chorus
- Develop and refine Revit models to a high standard
- Contribute to design reviews and quality assurance processes
- Support the wider implementation team with coordination and documentation tasks
- CIAT or ACIAT accreditation
- Minimum 2 years of UK experience on large residentially led schemes
- Strong Revit capability
- Proficiency with NBS Chorus
- Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
- Confident communicator and collaborative team member
