Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate Revit models and detailed drawings for large residential schemes (Stage 3-6)
Prepare and maintain NBS Chorus specifications, integrating consultant input
Resolve technical issues on site, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
Lead internal and external coordination meetings, keeping programmes and budgets on track
Mentor junior staff, sharing best practice in construction detailing and BIM workflows
Skills & Experience
CIAT registered with 2+ years post-qualification on UK residential projects
Advanced Revit user; competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max
Strong grasp of current Building Regulations, NHBC standards and fire-safety guidance
Proven track record producing high-quality technical packages and construction details
Clear written and verbal communicator, able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
