A growing client-side, in-house design team is seeking an Architectural Technician or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of their high-end residential projects in London and Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on beautifully crafted, luxury developments from within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The role is heavily focused on Stage 4 technical delivery and requires someone with initiative who can work well in a small team. Please note this role is based full time in the office, no hybrid working is allowed (standard for client side roles!).

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed Stage 4 technical drawings and packages
  • Develop and coordinate construction information using AutoCAD and Rhino
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
  • Assist in resolving technical design challenges and detailing queries
  • Ensure drawings comply with UK building regulations and project specifications
  • Support project teams across multiple luxury residential schemes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Part II with strong technical focus
  • 2-3 years post qualification experience
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Stage 4 / technical design packages
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
  • Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects preferred
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be comfortable working in the office on a full-time basis
  • The right to live and work in the UK
