About the Role:
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exciting mixed use and residential schemes, collaborating in a creative environment that encourages flexible working and career growth. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to projects that span across various sectors and help shape vibrant, sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and delivery of mixed use and residential schemes from initial concept through to detailed design.
• Produce high-quality design proposals and construction documentation, ensuring the work meets both creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to refine design solutions that address project requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in design reviews and participate in client presentations, helping to articulate and visualize project visions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to enhance project delivery and innovation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Part 2 qualification in Architecture with a strong academic and practical background.
• Demonstrable experience or academic exposure to mixed use and residential projects.
• Proficient in design software with an emphasis on clear and effective communication of visual ideas.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse project portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal formats, to facilitate productive team interactions.
