Architect with Proficiency in Rhino - Luxury UAE Hotel Project

An international architecture and design practice is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join it\’s London studio. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a landmark luxury hotel project in the UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class hospitality scheme with a focus on innovation, quality, and international design excellence. Please note this opportunity is based full time in the office.

Responsibilities

• Work on the architectural design development of a luxury hotel project in the UAE
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants across design stages
• Produce and manage detailed 3D models and technical documentation
• Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders with the support of the Project Director to communicate design intent and ensure project alignment
• Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, design-led studio environment

Requirements

• Fully qualified Part III Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in the design and delivery of international luxury hospitality projects
• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality hotel work
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino is essential, Revit preferable
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project leadership skills
• Understanding of international hotel brand standards is advantageous but not essential
• Eligibility to work in the UK
