- Experience across a range of project types, scales, and complexities
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles and internal knowledge sharing
- Alignment with the practice’s socially driven design ethos
- Enthusiasm to grow professionally and mentor junior team members
- Experience using NBS Specification highly desirable
