We are seeking a recently qualified Architect to join a boutique architecture and interior design practice based in Chelsea, West London. Specialising exclusively in high-end residential and luxury homes, this is an opportunity to become part of a small, close-knit team working on some of London’s most exquisite private residences.

This Chelsea-based studio blends architecture and interior design to deliver elegant, bespoke homes for a discerning private clientele. The practice provides a handcrafted, highly personalised service, far beyond the standard architectural offering. The team offer a level of care and attention that allows for a deep understanding of each client's needs, resulting in spaces that are not only beautifully designed but completely tailored to their way of life.
The practice has earned a reputation for successfully navigating complex applications, particularly for listed buildings, properties in London Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Green Belt.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the directors and wider team on a range of bespoke private residential projects, contributing to all stages from concept through to delivery. This is a highly creative and technically involved role, ideal for someone who is passionate about detail, quality, and client care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing architectural drawings, hand sketches, presentation images and mood boards
- Preparing details, specifications and schedules
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Attending site visits and supporting FF&E and interior packages
- Maintaining project documentation and assisting with studio operations as part of a small team
Role Requirements:
Please note that if you do not have previous experience working on high-end/private/bespoke residential projects you will not be selected for this role:
- Recently qualified (1–3 years post-Part III)
- Strong portfolio of high-end or private residential work in the UK
- Confident with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp (Revit a plus)
- Eager to learn and contribute across all project stages
- Articulate communicator with a passion for craftsmanship and detail
What’s on Offer
- Salary: Circa £45,000.00
- Location: Chelsea, West London
- Hybrid Working: 1 day WFH every Monday
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
- The office closes over Christmas, and these days are additional to your allowance
