The Role You will support the delivery of residential projects across RIBA stages 3-5, working in a BIM-led environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on developing technical design skills while contributing meaningfully to live projects, particularly those subject to Gateway processes.
Responsibilities Assist in the development of residential schemes across RIBA stages 3 to 5 Produce and coordinate drawing packages using Revit Support technical design and compliance with UK building regulations Work closely with consultants and internal teams to maintain project coordination Contribute to Gateway 2 submissions and associated documentation where applicable Requirements You are an ARB qualified architect with relevant UK experience You have strong, practice-based Revit capability You have an awareness of Gateway 2 requirements (desired) You are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, as this is not available for the role What Is On Offer Cycle to work scheme 20 days’ annual leave per year with incremental increase every 2 years Barbican membership Exposure to large, technically complex residential developments Opportunity to build experience within Gateway and building safety processes Supportive environment with clear development pathways toward Part III and beyond If you want to deepen your experience on complex residential work and progress within a technically strong studio, this role offers a clear next step.
