Key Responsibilities Develop initial design concepts through sketches, digital renderings, and illustrations. Create compelling visualizations and presentations for client and team review. Collaborate with the Hotels Team to refine design ideas and solutions. Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback. Ensure designs meet project goals, timelines, budgets, and standards. Research industry trends to inspire innovative design solutions. Support the transition from concept to detailed design phases with technical teams. Minimum Requirements 4-5+ years of experience in architecture or interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects preferred. Strong skills in visual communication, including hand-drawing and digital techniques. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools. Understanding of spatial planning and architectural principles. Experience with international hotel projects is advantageous. Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
