The studio is strengthening its front-end design team and needs talented Architects with at least 1-5 years' experience to guide mixed-use residential schemes through RIBA Stages 0-3. Responsibilities

  • Analyse site constraints, planning policy and local character to shape robust concepts
  • Develop massing, unit mix and sustainability strategies that maximise value and liveability
  • Produce Revit and Adobe presentations that win buy-in from clients and authorities
  • Chair Design Team Meetings, capturing actions and driving coordinated progress
  • Lead day-to-day contact with clients, planners and external consultants
  • Programme tasks, mentor assistants and report clearly on risks and resourcing
  • Present to review panels, neighbourhood forums and community stakeholders with confidence

Skills & Experience

  • ARB and RIBA registered with at least two years post-Part III
  • Proven track record on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 0-3.
  • Confident communicator able to manage workshops and negotiate design priorities
  • Strong design eye coupled with rigorous knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Comfortable managing internal teams plus coordination with landscape, interiors and MEP consultants
  • Advanced Revit, SketchUp and Adobe CC, with BIM coordination awareness
  • Clear, concise report writing and spoken English
