The practice is looking for a people-focused Architect who loves pushing Revit to its limits and believes sustainable design is the most exciting brief in town. Join a 370-strong collective that mixes big-thinking masterplans with beautifully crafted details and hums with creativity four days a week and lets you work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Shape UK workplace education residential and civic projects from concept sketch to handover
- Model and coordinate fully in Revit to BIM Level 2 driving accuracy and carbon-aware detailing
- Run client and stakeholder workshops translating aspirations into deliverable strategies
- Prepare planning tender and construction packages liaising closely with consultants and contractors
- Mentor Part I & Part II colleagues sharing best practice and studio sustainability standards
- Contribute to research groups exploring circular materials regenerative design and post-occupancy insight
Skills & Experience
- ARB-registered Architect or recently qualified with demonstrable UK delivery experience
- Advanced Revit plus working knowledge of Navisworks Enscape and Adobe CC
- Confident presenter able to negotiate with authorities and write concise technical reports
- Up-to-date grasp of Building Regulations BREEAM and embodied-carbon metrics
- Passion for inclusive future-ready design that balances human comfort with planetary limits
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to travel to regional sites when needed
