About the Role

As a Technical Architect, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless technical delivery of residential projects. Your expertise in Revit, construction detailing, and team leadership will be instrumental in producing high-quality, buildable solutions that align with client expectations.

  • Technical Expertise: Apply advanced Revit skills to produce accurate technical drawings and construction details.
  • Team Leadership: Support and lead project teams, ensuring coordination between disciplines and effective collaboration.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, clearly communicating technical solutions and design intent.
  • Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with consultants and contractors to maintain compliance with UK building regulations and industry best practices.
  • Interior & Site Experience: Apply your understanding of interior architecture to support high-quality design execution, with site experience being an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE as a Technical Architect, ideally with experience in residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, capable of producing detailed technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience leading teams and liaising with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
  • Interior architecture experience, with site experience preferable.
