Job Description

Qualified Architect at Award Winning Design Practice

Central London | Β£40,000 to Β£52,000 DOE | Hybrid Working

We are looking for a qualified Architect for our client who is confident, has technical depth, and is looking for responsibility within a well-structured studio environment. This role suits someone who wants to work across live projects, contribute meaningfully to delivery, and continue developing their architectural judgement in practice.

The studio is a respected London-based architecture practice with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, technically resolved projects. Work is typically complex and detail-driven, requiring close collaboration with consultants, clients, and contractors. The culture is professional, supportive, and measured, with an emphasis on clear thinking, good communication, and realistic project delivery. Architects are trusted with responsibility and supported to grow, rather than being overextended or siloed.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a project team across key RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical development and delivery
  • Producing coordinated drawing packages and design information to a high standard
  • Contributing to design development and problem-solving on technically complex projects
  • Coordinating with consultants and supporting client and contractor communication
  • Taking increasing ownership of defined project packages as experience grows

Skills & Experience

  • You are ARB-registered and RIBA-qualified, or equivalent
  • You have 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Revit proficient
  • You have solid experience working on projects through technical stages
  • You understand UK building regulations and standard procurement routes
  • You are organised, considered in your approach, and comfortable working collaboratively
  • The right to work in the UK without needing sponsorship

Benefits

  • Hybrid working and a considered approach to work-life balance
  • Employer pension contribution and paid annual leave
  • Ongoing CPD and support for continued professional development
  • A stable studio environment with clear expectations and progression opportunities

If you are looking for a well-rounded Architect role in a supportive London studio, this is an excellent next step.
