We carry out a complete range of decorating, building, and repair work across London, Kent, and Southeast England.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our busy project teams working in and around Ashford, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Isle of Sheppey, Horsham, Redhill and sometimes Brighton.
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction projects. As the job demands proactive engagement with numerous properties, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day.
Main Duties:
- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
- Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
- Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
- Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
- Building good relationships with the residents
Requirements:
- Driving license is essential
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Basic IT knowledge
Package:
- Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
- Company car (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
- Company branded uniform, PPE, Work Phone, iPad.
Additional Information:
- DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company's expense
- As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
- Nine-month probationary period
- Eligible to work in the UK
