Since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations. Working as a close-knit team, the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry. This company carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair work.
They are looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Craftworkers who will be working on various contracts across London. Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in and around South East including Blackwall Tunnel, East London and South London; therefore, driving is a must.
They are looking for Operatives with experience in:
- Predominantly carpentry
- Window care/repair
- Render repairs
- Brick/concrete repairs
- Plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Pointing
Requirements:
- Valid, full driving licence
- The ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructions
- The ability to record all repairs effectively
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
Package:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
Additional Information:
- Nine-month probationary period
- Eligible to work in the UK
- DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company’s expense
