Since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations. Working as a close-knit team, the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry. This company carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair work.

They are looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Craftworkers who will be working on various contracts across London. Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in and around Kent; therefore, driving is a must.

They are looking for Operatives with experience in:

  • Predominantly carpentry
  • Window care/repair
  • Render repairs
  • Brick/concrete repairs
  • Plastering
  • Painting and decorating
  • Pointing

Requirements:

  • Valid, full driving licence
  • The ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructions
  • The ability to record all repairs effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Package:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
  • Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.

Additional Information:

  • Nine-month probationary period
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company’s expense
