Independent Member, People Committee – HR Strategy

The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is looking for an Independent Member of the People Committee to provide strategic HR input and oversight on HR policies. This part-time, non-executive role is meant for a senior HR professional who can influence pay and reward strategies and contribute effectively to the Committee's decisions.

This role also supports ARB’s broader objectives of maintaining high HR standards and professional development. Meetings will be held at ARB’s London offices, with an estimated time commitment of eight days per year.
