Essential duties include the following:
- Project management
- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day running of projects assigned
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized tertiary institution recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
