My client is the rapidly growing European subsidiary of a global Film company who specialise in lighting, rigging, generators, etc. They also own film studios as well as facilitate studios for other organisations. They seek a reliable, self-motivated individual to work as an Account Manager supporting and developing their Client base who will perform work with the wider organisation's departments developing and supporting key client accounts. You will report directly to the Team Leader but also work closely with the Office Manager, Sales team, Sales Director, Business Development Director, Finance, Operations and Distribution Department.
Key Duties:
- Maintaining relationships with existing client base.
- Responsible for accurate quoting and job setup, overseeing equipment availability, sub-hire and logistics.
- Coordinating transport and crew requirements and ensuring all systems are kept up to date.
- Accountable for financial controls including purchase orders, billing schedules, invoicing and payment management.
- Responsible for monitoring late returns, extended hires and missing or damaged equipment.
- Ensure productions are closed efficiently, profit margins are maximised and all contractual, insurance and administrative requirements are met whilst setting a professional example and supporting the wider team as required.
You Will Have:
- Industry experience within film, live events or television, particularly in lighting rental and sales.
- The ability to produce cable, distribution and generic lighting lists for ballpark quotes.
- Professional, highly organised and able to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong attention to detail with the ability to manage workloads to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Collaborative, highly motivated and comfortable networking at industry events.
Person Specification:
- Industry experience preferred, in Film, live event/TV companies lighting rental and sales inclusive of equipment prep/crew prep and transportation.
- Remain professional and work well under pressure in an unpredictable industry.
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen.
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
