We are seeking experienced and talented Architects/Designers to join our London office. You will be part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering projects across the UK and Middle East, working closely with architectural, urban design, and landscape professionals. Our ideal candidates have significant experience in later-stage projects (RIBA stages 3-5) and are proficient in Revit and Rhino, which are required for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine design concepts and graphics
- Prepare technical details, construction documentation, and oversee construction administration
- Address technical and design challenges with innovative solutions
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, authorities, and consultants
- Create and develop design options collaboratively
- Develop drawings and models related to projects
- Lead 3D coordination, BIM workflows, and interoperability efforts
- Foster positive BIM environments within project teams
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
- Proactively respond to project needs and take initiative
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional qualification as an Architect or equivalent
- 3-7 years post-qualification experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience using Revit as the primary BIM tool, including creating Families
- Proficiency in Rhino
- Knowledge of BIM standards; experience as a BIM Lead is a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with masterplanning is advantageous
This role requires flexibility as duties may evolve. The position is full-time at our London office, with a culture emphasizing collaboration in the workspace. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
