Job Summary
We are on the lookout for superstar managers of the future to join our growing business. The Front of House Supervisor will deliver the most unique and exciting menu whilst striving to provide the best quality service to all our loyal fans and customers. As part of Archie’s Front of House Leadership team you will work in a truly vibrant, edgy and cool place to dine and hang out.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front of house operations within a fast‑paced environment to deliver the highest standards in site cleanliness and Health & Safety.
- Control operational costs and wastage.
- Ensure that store targets are met and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations are championed.
- Uphold the Archies brand and suggest ways that we can improve.
- Implement our policies and processes on a day‑to‑day basis such as staff hygiene and uniform.
- Maintain a can‑do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and ownership of your role.
- Motivate, mentor, develop and lead others, providing feedback and guidance where needed.
- Listen to and resolve any customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
- Deliver the perfect Archies experience to every customer, ensuring everyone is greeted with a smile.
- Drive upselling and actively encourage the team to attend tables to carry out check‑backs and maintain cleanliness.
- Show enthusiasm to be a people person and take pride in your role to get the job done.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a front of house Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Demonstrate excellent time‑keeping, reliability and be flexible to work across 7 days to meet the needs of the business.
- The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader.
- A can‑do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and pride in your work.
- Enthusiasm for getting the job done.
