We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Crew Member to join Archie’s in the Birmingham city centre. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, deliver great service and contribute to a vibrant, fun dining experience.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests with a smile, greet and offer menus
- Take accurate orders and recommend menu items
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure tables are tidy
- Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Support team members, learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
- Work shift patterns that include late evenings and weekends
What we’re looking for:
