Responsibilities
- Support the senior management team by supervising back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced environment
- Communicate effectively between all levels of management
- Achieve the Archies Atomic KPIs
- Maintain focus on our three core areas: Cleanliness, Food Quality and Customer Service
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate all orders in line with Archies specifications
- Control all supplies and kitchen equipment; forecast stocks, preps, and par levels
- Store food products in compliance with safety procedures (e.g., FIFO)
- Train kitchen staff on prep work, correct packaging and presentation to specification
- Control operational costs and waste
- Ensure store targets and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations are met and recorded
- Uphold the Archies brand and suggest ways to improve it
- Implement staff hygiene and uniform policies day‑to‑day
- Motivate, mentor, and lead others, providing feedback and guidance where needed
- Report any maintenance issues to the senior manager on shift
- Show enthusiasm as a people person and take pride in your role
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent time keeping, reliability and flexibility across 7 days
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader
- Can‑do attitude, sharp eye for detail and pride in work
- Enthusiasm for getting the job done
- All Manager positions require a DBS check, processed at the offer stage
