Archibat HR is looking for a Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality) for an Award Winning Multi Disciplinary design firm, to be based in their London office. Our client is seeking a highly creative, motivated, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic London team. This is a pivotal role for a design leader who is passionate about shaping the future of hospitality design. You will be instrumental in leading projects from concept through to completion, ensuring our signature level of quality and innovation is delivered on every occasion. You will have the chance to work on world-class and international projects and leave your mark on the international design landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and presentations for high-end hospitality projects.
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and teams.
- Produce Drawings: Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and furniture (FF&E).
- Collaborate: Work directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers, and mentor junior designers.
- Ensure Quality: Lead site visits to ensure the final build matches the design vision and our high standards.
Requirements:
- A bachelor or master degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience, with a strong portfolio focused on hospitality design (hotels, F&B).
- Expert skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Revit is a plus.
- A confident leader who is also a great team player.
- Excellent at communicating ideas to clients and team members.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
