On behalf of our client, a design‑led architectural studio with offices in Dubai and London specializing in high‑end luxury developments, Archibat HR is seeking a Senior Architect. This role requires a hands‑on professional to lead projects across the residential, hospitality, and commercial/retail sectors.

The successful candidate will lead small to medium scale projects or specific packages within larger developments, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept design through to site delivery. You will support the Design Director in establishing concept designs, producing high‑quality 3D models and visualizations using Revit, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite. You will lead the preparation of project materials, presentations, and design coordination, ensuring that design decisions are technically sound and aligned with the project goals.

On the technical side, you will lead the preparation of detailed construction documents and specifications, ensuring high‑quality detailing and compliance with relevant codes. You will coordinate closely with consultants across MEP, structural, and interior disciplines to integrate all project elements. Site involvement is crucial, including attending inspections, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and liaising with contractors to ensure construction aligns with design intent.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and has a strong portfolio in high‑end residential, hospitality, and retail architecture. You must possess advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, coupled with deep technical delivery capabilities and site coordination experience. Fluency in BIM workflows and the ability to translate design intent into coordinated documentation are essential. While regional experience is beneficial, the core requirement is proven excellence in delivering complex, design‑driven projects in the UK or Middle East.
