- Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple, high-impact projects across departments or global teams.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and third parties.
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and adjust plans as necessary to stay aligned with goals.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure that initiative deliverables meet the desired quality standards.

- Demonstrated experience operating in both agile and waterfall project environments.
- Experience and working knowledge of how the London Insurance Market operates highly desirable.
