Join Our Kitchen Team
We are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our high-quality Kitchen.
Part of this exciting role includes a structured two-year programme with our Executive Training Chef which will help develop your professional cookery skills through formal training using the City & Guilds framework to attain formal qualifications and experience.
What you'll be doing in this role
- Preparing, cooking and Consistently Delivering high quality dishes for our Members and Guests.
- Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Working with the finest Scottish ingredients using both classic and modern cooking techniques.
- Playing a crucial role in ensuring our Kitchen operation runs smoothly with a Customer First attitude.
- Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items and the service.
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.

- Solid experience working in a similar role within a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen.
