As Archer continues to expand its global footprint and optimise its supply chain network we are now looking for an experienced Warehouse and Materials Specialist based in our Blackburn site (Aberdeen). This is a full time role.
- Planning and managing procurement and distribution across regions
- Coordinating international logistics partners for time-critical movements
- Interfacing with finance for landed cost tracking and capital project budgeting
We are looking for the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge to technical drawings, procedures and other technical documentation
- Good understanding of warehouse principles
- Knowledge of laws and regulations for domestic and international shipment of parts and equipment.
- Knowledge and use of INCOTERMS
- Forklift certification is advantageous
