Archer UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a Treasurer to join the team. The successful candidate will control all aspects of the Treasury function within Archer UK. The role will also be to support the Financial Controller, Finance Manager and Management Accountant with financial information as required.
You will be based in Blackburn, Aberdeen. You will join on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties/Responsibilities- Ensure all bank transactions are booked accurately in the Archer system.
- Reconcile all bank accounts each month.
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs in accordance with the internal payment run calendar.
- Process all funds received from clients to ensure aged debt report is up to date.
- Liaise with Treasury department in Stavanger for foreign currency transactions and funding requirements as appropriate.
- Proven experience in a treasury role or finance role with treasury duties required.
- Strong understanding of cash management, FX, and banking operations.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
