Archer UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Coordinator/Auditor to join the team. The successful candidate will assist in the management of QHSE activities for the UK and the control of documentation using the Archer Management System, and also lead both internal and external audits. You will be based in Blackburn, Aberdeen. You will join on a full time, 1-year fixed-term maternity cover basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead internal/external audits, as and when required
- Participate in QHSE-related incident investigation and compile reports, as and when required
- Issue and distribute internal and external documentation both electronically and hard copy, where required
- Filing of internal and external QHSE documentation
- Archiving and retrieval of company documentation from software systems
- The issue of Operations documentation to the Customer as and when requested
- Compiling QHSE reports
- Communicate with suppliers and offshore regarding QHSE issues
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidate would have a good level of education, ideally a HNC as a minimum or a relevant industry qualification
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualified
- Must have experience in an equivalent role in the energy industry
